Patriotism and high social responsibility
This award is a form of encouragement for great contribution to development of patriotic education's system of Russia's citizens and realization of patriotic education's programs. Awarding with mark of honour in the name of chairman of the college of Russian National military historical and cultural centre by the government of Russian Federation Yu. Kvyatkovskiy is carried out annually the day before Day of Russia.
Commenting the presentation of the awards, V.N. Zsibanyov remarked, that OAO Transpnevmatika always was characterized with great social responsibility, along the lines of support of factory workers, their children, of town's and district's development is it always ahead.
Valeriy Nicolaevitch also told, how is at present the situation at other machine-building factories of Nizhny Novgorod region. Losses of production volume in 2009 amounted on an average in the region approximately 22 per cent. That drew after it great staff reductions among the factories' workers. Social tension of the situation was partly reduced with the state's participation, its program of job placement and of discharged's retraining.
2010, as remarked V.N. Zsibanyov, started not badly. And though majority of Nizhny Novgorod region's factories delayed on its first months, the factories are at present time in whole characterized by normal working mood. Valeriy Nicolaevitch emphasized that today stands before Nizhny Novgorod industrialists a serious task: it is necessary to make a great efforts in order to reach the level of 2008. It is planed to decide this task by 1sth of January, 2012. All the existing problems and difficulties of domestic manufacturers, according to director general of NAPP, are decided with the assistance of Russian government, all its ministries and departments.
In conclusion of his speech wished V.N. Zsibanyov the factory workers to overcome happily all the consequences of crisis.
Successful participation in prestige competition
Government of Nizhny Novgorod region, Ministry of industry and innovations of Nizhny Novgorod region carried out in Mai-April 2010 fourth competition of intellectual property's objects "Patent of year" on application for premium of Nizhny Novgorod region in honour of I.P. Kulibin.
The competition is intended for exposure of most available objects of industrial property, assistance in implication on economic overturn of most progressive inventions, utility models, as well as stimulation of scientific and technical creation and formation of commodity producers' goodwill. Participation in it accommodates the factories effective instruments on advancement of innovation production, including publications in catalogues for investors and prospective consumers, improvement of goodwill, of recognizability at the market.
In the competition took part factories, institutions, organizations regardless of its departmental subordination, patterns of ownership, such leaders of Nizhny Novgorod science and industry as institute of applied physics RAN, Rosatom RF FGUP "RFYATS-VNIIEF", FGUP "National research institute "Crystal", FGUP "NNIPI "Quartz", FGUP "NNII of radiotechnology". In the competition, that was carrying out in eight nominations, were presented 124 patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs and trade marks, those had been received in 2009. OAO Transpnevmatika presented in the competition 8 patents for inventions and utility models.
Sizing up of the competition and award ceremony of the winners took place in the course of 8 theoretical and practical conference "Live issues of intellectual property's protection", that took place on 14th of April of the current year at Nizhny Novgorod. Our factory was presented there by patent business's engineer of industrial property department A.M. Sinelnikov.
At the competition's results in nomination "The best invention of year in Nizhny Novgorod region in the region of machine building and transportation" OAO Transpnevmatika were awarded:
- first place, patent and silver medal for the patent N2376171 "Automatic regulator of the braking modes of railway transport vehicle";
- second place for the patent N2351496 "Automatic regulator of the braking modes of transport vehicle of railways' rolling stock";
- second place for the patent N2360147 "Vacuum sliding vane rotary pump";
- second place for the patent N2358158 "Vacuum sliding vane rotary pump";
- third place for the patent N2351492 "Brake-shoe controller's electric-pneumatic valve organ of transport vehicle of railways' rolling stock"
In nomination "The best utility model of year in Nizhny Novgorod region in the region of transportation" took OAO Transpnevmatika at the competition's results the third place for the patent N86695 "Electromagnetic valve". In nomination "The best utility model of year in Nizhny Novgorod region" was awarded with the applicable certificate patent N84800 for the electric-pneumatic pressure modulator.
By awarding noted the competition's organizers particularly OAO Transpnevmatika, that outran by number of received awards FGUP "RFYATS-VNIIEF" of Sarov.
2009.
Title of honour "Honorary freeman of Nizhny Novgorod region"
On 3 of February in General court took place ceremony of awarding with the highest state award of Nizhny Novgorod region.
For the outstanding personal merits in public significant field of activity the director general of OAO Transpnevmatika Vladimir Alexandrovitch is awarded with title of honour "Honorary freeman of Nizhny Novgorod region".
Title of honour "Honorary freeman of Nizhny Novgorod region" is awarded with the decree of General court by secret ballot of members of commission on nomination for titles of honour on each candidacy singly. Of 19 challengers title of honour got three.
Commemorative medal, patent and certificate "Honorary freeman of Nizhny Novgorod region" were awarded to Vladimir Alexandrovitch Batenkov on the meeting of General court in state by governor of Nizhny Novgorod region Valeriy Shantsev and chairman of General court Victor Lunin.
Persons who are awarded to title of honour have right to participation in courts of Nizhny Novgorod region with deliberative functions, to immediate appointment by Governor and Chairman of General court of Nizhny Novgorod region, by managers of ministers and executive agencies as well other social safeguards.
The names of honorary freemen are recorded in Commemorative book and in Book of memory of Nizhny Novgorod region. Title of honour "Honorary freeman of Nizhny Novgorod region" is a personal perpetual title.

"Elite of Nizhny Novgorod business - 2008"
On 13 of November of current year in the big hall of Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin took place ceremony of awarding of winners of regional competition "Elite of Nizhny Novgorod business - 2008". For dynamic development and considerable contribution to development of economy of Nizhny Novgorod region OAO Transpnevmatika was again awarded with patent and honorary badge "Elite of Nizhny Novgorod business - 2008".
Badge "Elite of Nizhny Novgorod business" is one of the most authoritative region's awards and is presented to factories of various scopes of activity that are economy base of Nizhny Novgorod region. Special community council chooses region's factories that develop most dynamic and whose business is built on the principles of maximal satisfaction of customer demands, informational openness and fair competition.
This year with the decision of community council of experts were considered as winners of the competition 100 Nizhny Novgorod region key factories of various branches of industry, construction, agricultural sector, transport, communications, trading and services sector.
Congratulating the winners, vice-governor, first deputy of chairman of Nizhny Novgorod region Gouvernment of scientific and production and economic potential development V.V. Klyuchay as well chairman of Nizhny Novgorod Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs Association V.I. Lusyanin thanked meting people for honest work and wished every success at difficult time of economic crisis.
It is to add that OAO Transpnevmatika becomes a winner of project "Elite of Nizhny Novgorod business" yearly, since 1999.
Award that become traditional
On 16 of July in Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin took place yearly ceremony of awarding of region's bona fide taxpayers. For contribution to region's economy to Appreciation of Nizhny Novgorod region Gouvernment and Federal Tax Office Authority of Russia in Nizhny Novgorod region were awarded 110 factories among that is also OAO Transpnevmatika.
It should be noted that for our factory it is far from being first such award. Awarding of the best taxpayers is carried out in Nizhny Novgorod region since 2000 and yearly among awarded is OAO Transpnevmatika. Reason for presentation of appreciation is timely and full payment of taxes, absence of arrears on accounting year end, absence of events of unleaving of document that is necessary for computation of taxes and dues as well other considerable breaks of tax legislation. In the course of ceremony governor of region Valeriy Shantsev thanked factories' leaders for understanding of problems that were facing management of region. "Thanks to timely and full arriving taxes finance incomes in permanent region budget constantly grow. It permits us to pile up abilities of realization of socially meaningful programs whose main purpose is rise in living standards of Nizhny Novgorod region people", - pointed Valeriy Pavlinovich.
Appreciation of the leader's work
On 25 of April in hotel complex "President-Hotel" of city Moscow took place solemn ceremony
of awarding of laureates of yearly national award in personnel management "The best leader of Russia". To title of honour "The best leader of Russia", awarding to the patent that affirms the rank and the highest decoration of the laureate - the order "The best leader of Russia" - was awarded director general of our factory V.A. Batenkov.
Organizers of the award are Nonprofit institution Fund of Business Support, news-analytical Agency "Rating", central trade unions of Russian Federation. Award is carrying out in support of presidential program of management training and is presented for efficient factory management, knowledgeable corporate policy, application of modern science intensive technologies, provision of excellent conditions of labor activity to employees on Russian market. For the award declare deputies of State Duma and Federal assembly of Russian Federation.
Out of thirty thousand companies and organizations whose activities for 2007 were analysed by authorities of news-analytical agency "Rating" it was selected about two hundred nominees. In the list of laureates are 60 names of leaders of factories and organizations from different country's regions. In the judgment of award's council of experts, all the nominees satisfied the mean criterion - their business develops successfully and shows stable growth, what is frequently appointed with intelligence and talent of a certain personality.
During the solemn ceremony were read out greetings of deputies of State Duma, Council of Federation, European Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Russian land Union for the laureates. In their speeches representatives of bodies and social organisms were solid that appreciation of the leaders' work is a call because the success of each certain factory and economy of Russia in tote depends to a large extend exactly on leader's knowledge, ability, qualities of soul.

On 19 of December, 2006 governor of Nizhny Novgorod region V.P. Shantsev presented to OAO Transpnevmatika. Patent and Honorary badge "Elite of Nizhny Novgorod business 2006" for dynamic development and considerable contribution to development of economy of Nizhny Novgorod region. This award is an indicator of public recognition of all the employees' merits.
Formal status "Elite of Nizhny Novgorod business" has the factory since 1999.
